Resizing an Undocked Panel Causes

Symptoms
On : 2.5.0.0.0 version, Web Workspace
Re-sizing un-docked panel
If you undock a panel, such as Crew Actions or Switching, and grab the bottom right hand corner and attempt to resize, the form immediately moves to the right side of your screen and if you do not stop attempting to resize, it moves off the screen. Once its moves off the screen it cannot be re-obtained without logging out and back in.
Resizing should work for all four corners.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Launch Web Workspace
- Drag the Crew Icons window outside of the main Web Workspace frame.
- Attempt to resize the Crew Icons window by dragging the lower right corner.
- When you try to drag to resize it, the window starts moving offscreen
