ASR 61 | Unable to Supplement 4 The ASR Order (Doc ID 2738820.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
============

After the data on the CONF screen is saved ,the user needs  to correct some information but when he places the  SUPP 4 he is  getting following error:

    "PON: XXXXXXXXX  | FORM : ASR |:: Sup 4 - Correction is not allowed after a Confirmation Notice has been issued for the ASR order "

The CONF task is not complete yet .And if the EC VER is populated on the CONF screen , MSS doesn't allow to do SUPP-4.

 

 EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The user should  be allowed to do SUPP-4 before the CONF task is not complete .Is it possible to make the EC VER field on the CONF screen as optional  ?
