Qn: Does Pricing Design Center (PDC) supports branding option, similar to Pricing Center application?

There is a need to have a layer of abstraction between every admin user belonging to a particular brand of business.
Example:
User 1- Brand1: CSR1 - Package1, Package2, Package3
User 2 - Brand2: CSR2 - Package4, Package5, Package6
