Service State Expiration Date Not Updated (Doc ID 2740925.1)

Symptoms

1.Create a Billing Account  account using the PCM_OP_CUST_COMMIT_CUSTOMER.
2.Then create an Service Account account using the PCM_OP_CUST_COMMIT_CUSTOMER 
3.Then add the TelcoGsm service to the Service Account account using the PCM_OP_CUST_MODIFY_CUSTOMER .
4.Perform a call/usage in order to activate the user 
5.Perform a topup in order to extend the expiration date of the service 

 

Expected result: Service state expiration date should advance 365 days (in the future) as it has been set-up in charging-settings file.
Actual result: Service expiration date remains unchanged.

Same thing happens when account transitions from Inactive to Active.
