RPM Message For Overlapping Promotions Is Showing The Wrong Ref_promo_dtl_id (Doc ID 2741232.1)

RPM Message for Overlapping Promotions is showing the wrong ref_promo_dtl_id


Steps to reproduce 

1.Create 3 Simple Promotions for the same ITEM/LOC that Overlap between each other:
   Promotion #1:

• -- Start Date: 20/10
• -- End Date: 23/10
• -- Selling Retail: 0.7 GBP

  Promotion #2:

• -- Start Date: 21/10
• -- End Date: 24/10
• -- Selling Retail: 0.5 GBP

 Promotion #3:

• -- Start Date: 23/10
• -- End Date: 26/10
• -- Selling Retail: 0.8 GBP

All the RIB messages are correct except for Promotion #3 which has the overlapping element with 0.5 GBP not linked with Promotion #2 dtl id.
