500 Internal Error While Opening Argus Insight Url In 8.2.2

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Customer recently installed Argus 8.2.2 in their non-prod environment and they are unable to get the Insight login page. they are getting a 500-internal server error.
Below steps were followed:
1. Installed the Argus safety and Argus Insight component in the same web server.
2. ArgusSecurekey.ini file is placed in c:\windows
3. AI.ini file is placed in C:\windows
4. TNS file is updated with both Safety and Insight DB names
5. IIS configurations checked and updated.
