On : MDM 2.3.0.2.0 version, Environment

Non dispatchable activity updates are getting stuck.

ERROR
-----------------------

 "Invalid Activity Type Category Non Dispatchable for Field Activity" error when Complete or Discard Update Orchestrator Activity.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Create an Enable, Disable or Back to Back Service for a Meter with with Non-dispatchable related Activity like Wait For Measurement or Wait for Schedule Read.
Please ensure that Service date time would be of 12:00AM of the date they are created most of the time.
For example, if Activity gets created on 12th Aug 2019 then Service date time would be 08-12-2019 12:00:00AM.
2) Update the schedule date to current date, it creates Update Orchestrator in 'Communication In Progress" status.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:Update orchestration activity gets stuck . It neither completes not discards.
