Search and Focus on Feeders with Search Tool, but Some do Not Appear in the Viewer

Symptoms
On : 2.3.0.2.0 version, Web Workspace Viewer
We have processed some set of feeders in model build, and we are able to search and focus those Feeders with search tool. But once zooming in to the substation area, some feeders will disappear. It is not consistent which feeders will appear and disappear.
EXPECTED
While focusing on the area, the viewer should be showing consistently the feeders that fall within that area.
