Goal

 What happened to the creation of the INDEX tablespace?

In releases prior to 2.5.0, the template to create tablespaces and users, nms.sql.template, created three tablespaces:

The section to create the index tablespace is no longer listed, but the nms-env-config  prompts for the name of the NMS_INDEX_TABLESPACE:

===============================================================================
Database Environment Variables
===============================================================================

The RDBMS_ADMIN and RDBMS_HOST variables must be different values with
entries in tnsnames.ora pointing to the same database instance

===============================================================================
RDBMS_ADMIN The tnsname of the admin database.
RDBMS_HOST The tnsname of the read-write database. Must be different from RDBMS_ADMIN
NMS_DATA_TABLESPACE The default data tablespace name.
NMS_INDEX_TABLESPACE The default index tablespace name.
NMS_CLOB_SZLIMIT The size limit (MB) for fetching CLOB columns.
===============================================================================

Why is the index tablespace not created by the nms.sql.template?

Is this required?
