Add DMW LAST_MODIFICATION Column to LSH BA Tables

Symptoms
This pertains to non-InForm input data model tables in DMW/LSH. When browsing data in these tables via the DMW interface, the column LAST_MODIFICATION is visible, which indicates when the record was loaded to DMW. Business users would like to make use of this timestamp to produce non-CRF data load metrics, however, this column is not present on the database in the tables within the LSH Business Areas (BAs). The enhancement request would be to add the DMW LAST_MODIFICATION Column to the tables shown in the BAs.
