Dm_vertex Is Calculating Line Based Taxes Incorrectly (Doc ID 2744553.1)

Symptoms

When one tries to calculate the taxes using PCM_OP_SEARCH by passing all those values seen in the screenshot1 (at the first page of Line_Based_Test_FLIST.docx) and pointing to the same vertex schema, the result is different.

The "PUC Tax" shown in the screenshot2 (at the 2nd page of Line_Based_Test_FLIST.docx) (tax amount 14.51$) is not calculated when calculated through testnap using PCM_OP_SEARCH.
