Symptoms

During execution of ImportPTA Web Service API which contains PTA Virtual Circuit detail section without populating the VCNUM value throws the below error:

PON: TESTPDT | Form: PTAVC_DETAIL | VC Number: null | Field: VCNUM | Value |:: is required.
