Symptoms

On : 12.0.0.3.0 version, Core Billing

Customer upgraded from 7.5PS19 to 12.0 PS3. They are getting the below following errors in the dm_oracle.pinlog during the billing for few accounts.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upgraded to BRM 12 PS3 from 7.5 PS19
2. Run billing
