Symptoms

On ASAP 7.3.0.5, ASAP Control Server is not starting after fresh installation.

ERROR:

$ start_asap_sys -d
Starting <PRIMARY> Control Server <CTRL_SERVER_NAME>...
Unable to connect to <PRIMARY> Control Server, the server may not be running or all connections are busy.
