Goal

ISIR's were loaded for award year XXXX. It appears that the NSLDS Transfer Monitoring/ FA History files were not created. Can you tell us when they will be created and secondly, we would like to be able to use TDClient for our outbound processes, but because we still need to load files to our legacy system, we would like for the inbound files not be included in TDClient at this time.
