OSM XML API Query against all the deployed cartridge versions is failing with invalid task mnemonic error

xxxx.exceptions.FaultBarrierWrapperException: Caught in FaultBarrier Wrapped: xxxx.NotFoundRuntimeException: Request parameter error: Invalid task mnemonic: xxxx Wrapped: null
The problem is that in the latest deployed cartridge version (2.1.0.0.0) the Manual Task was removed/deleted. But still the task is available in older deployed cartridge versions (currently 2.0.0.0.0 and 1.9.0.0.0).
We would expect that the query would return all open tasks from the orders of the old cartridge versions.
