Symptoms

When attempting to login to P6 Professional, after Loading Data to 93%, the following application error is received:

Exception EAccessViolation in module PM.EXE at 00000000020DD8F1.
TCVirtualTable.RefreshAppend: TASKACTV: Access violation at
address 00000000024DD8F1 in module PM.EXE. Read of address 0000000000000000.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Attempt to login to P6 Professional.
2. Observe "Loading Data" does not reach 100% before the reported error occurs.
3. Clicking OK on the error closes the application.
