ProductInfoChange Is Failing With Null Data At AQ_SYNC For Charge Offer Having Charge Selector (Doc ID 2747223.1)

Symptoms

Scenario:

User is trying to sync charge offer by name Dummy_offer having Charge Selector: offer_Chargeselector

Table aq_sync with column user_data does not have product xml but contain data as : "PIN.PIN_EVENT_TY('ProductInfoChange', NULL, 'oracle.sql.CLOB@26f2dbb')"

The offer_Chargeselector has 25 charges.

Below error is reported in cm.pinlog
