On :CCB 2.6.0.1.0 version,
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Performance issues with Threadlocalstorage.
Following log messages are observed in server out logs.

- 2020-09-23 09:38:52,017 [[ACTIVE] ExecuteThread: '220' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)'] INFO (support.context.ThreadlocalStorage) Cleanup issued: size before = 233; size after = 233
- 2020-09-23 09:39:14,975 [[ACTIVE] ExecuteThread: '170' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)'] INFO (support.context.ThreadlocalStorage) Cleanup issued: size before = 334; size after = 334
- 014423-20527-1 2020-09-23 09:39:55,978 [[ACTIVE] ExecuteThread: '247' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)'] INFO (business.component.CmCustomerManagementBusinessComponent_Impl) timestamp=09-23-2020 09:39AM
Observed that it PAUSED for few minutes and access logs shows that there are no requests served between this interval and increase in response times to process the requests in access logs.
