Annual Cycle Product is Having Incorrect Cycle End Date (Doc ID 2747847.1)

In the scenario explained below, issue is that the Annual Cycle Forward event is having incorrect Cycle End Date.

Scenario:

Create a product/deal in pricing center, Annual Cycle Forward, impact 12, some Non Currency Resource, prorate = charge full
01 Aug 2020: create account with below flist. Notice that billing_status = 1 (this is necessary to meet a certain business requirement). And it is a backdated account to Mar 1 00:00:02 2017.

Expected:

It is expected that the Annual Cycle Forward is charged for the cycle length of 12 months, that is from 1 Aug 2020 to 1 Aug 2021.
