When attempting to run the staretl via the Primavera Analytics administration, the following error occurs.

Process Failed with Error

The issue can be reproduced at will using the following steps:

1. Browse to the P6 RDB application (ex. http://localhost:<port>/p6rdb).
2. Choose Run ETL.
3. Refresh until the job appears to complete.
4. A startetlprocess job gets created on the Data Warehouse server in directory staretl1\log.  Review the file for error(s).
