MetaSolv Solution version 6.3.1 running on Oracle Database 19c Enterprise Edition Release 19.0.0.0.0

The application takes approximately 45 minutes to retrieve wild card searched circuits in the ASR order's "Select Connection for Disconnect" window (w_asr_ecckt_chg_disc_maintenance). The query (below) executed by the application takes the same amount of time when run directly against the database.

Recreation Steps

1. Open a change or disconnect ASR order.

2. Go to the Circuit Identification form and click on circuit retrieve button.

3. Enter a wild card search value (ex: LIKE %95546%) in the ECCKT field.

4. Click Search and the application takes almost 45 minutes to retrieve the results.
