ICSR Difference Report Does Not Open Up After Clicking On The "View Difference" Button

ICSR Difference Report does not open up after clicking on the "View Difference" button.
The screen flickers for a moment (where user sees processing circle for few seconds) and then nothing happens.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Drop an E2B XML file in the incoming folder
2. Retrieve the case in ICSR Pending screen
3. Right click on the file record and select Duplicate Search
4. On the Duplicate Search screen deselect all checks and select Reference # and enter case number to which this file has to be accepted as a follow up
5. Click on Search button
6. The case appear in the search result
7. Select the case record and click on "View Difference" button
