When Enabling LargeText Attribute on Page 2 and Page 3 of Parts Class, The LargeText Attribute is Not Editable (Doc ID 2751189.1)

Symptoms

LargeText Attribute is Not editable 

When testing enabling LargeText Attribute on Page 2 and Page 3 of Parts Class, the LargeText Attribute is Not editable. Attribute just keeps loading when trying to open and edit. The issue occurs for all web browsers. 

 

STEPS
-------------------
1. Open Parts Class in Java Client and navigate to Page 2 attribute

2. Enable LargeText attribute

3. Open any Part in Web Client and click Edit

4. Notice LargeText attribute just keeps spinning

 

Changes

 F5 Application Security Manager (ASM) Firewall enabled
