Unable To Login RPM Application if Users are outside Users Container (Doc ID 2751721.1)

On : 16.0.2 version, Installation

Unable to login RPM application when creating user in different OU in same base DN, and outside Users container. Users which are created in this "cn=Users,dc=company,dc=local" OU are able to login.
