Handling OUFlushConnectionFactory With CCB2.7/MDM2.3 (Doc ID 2752468.1)

Goal

With version up for CCB (2.4 -> 2.7) and MDM(2.1 -> 2.3), I know below modules are added:
OUFlushConnectionFactory
OUFlushRequestTopic
OUFlushResponseTopi

May I know what role do they have?

Also, is there a way to remove them from the configuration after they are upgraded the version?
If yes, what can I do with CCB/Weblogic?
