GC overhead limit exceeded error coming during File Transformation and Upload Batch (C1-FTRAN).

Encounter the error below while running File Transformation and Upload Batch (C1-FTRAN). The file that is being uploaded is large. The following error is on the batch server:

Severe - FileTransform - A Java exception was thrown: GridWorkAbortedException: java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException Caused by InvocationTargetException: Caused by OutOfMemoryError: GC overhead limit exceeded Event was logged with key: 4441902505934329696.

Is there a setting that can be changed on the batch server to fix this error?
