Service Point Device Location Details are not updated through field work completion

When processing a Field Activity Inbound Communication message with Service Point Location Details provided, the resulting Completion Event upon execution does not update this field on the Service Point in C2M. There are instances when a Service Point’s Device Location Details will be updated in the field, and it is expected that this field is updated as with other Service Point details provided on the message.
