Oracle Student Financial Planning Cloud: Why ISIR Not Listing Comment Codes When 2 ISIRs Come In The Same Day? (Doc ID 2755779.1)

Goal

Scenario:

A student filed 2 transaction one FAFSAs with two separate SSNs. Both loaded to SFP on the same day, but the ISIR that loaded last had the wrong SSN. So we marked that ISIR as Inactive and the first in ISIR as Active and Pending. This ISIR has a V1 Verification code but none of the comment codes are visible on the page, and no verification documents were assigned.

The expectation is that the comment codes should be showing up on the ISIR that we have marked active.
