Symptoms

On Oracle Health Sciences Data Management Workbench (DMW) 2.5.3 version,

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Discrepancies are not sent form Validation Checks to InForm.
Tag name is populated as 'PendingForInform' or remains not populated.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It would be expected that the discrepancies are sent to InForm.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Submit a Validation Check for execution.
2. Verify if the new created discrepancies are sent to InForm.
