Goal

Background
--------------
One opened a voice session and performed OC3C (Oracle Communications Convergent Charging Controller) failover  where the termination request is lost and never reached ECE (Elastic Charging Engine).
Here one expects  the session to disappear from the ECE ActiveSessions after the reservation validity time of 1hour, but observes the session still in the ActiveSessions ECE coherence memory, even after almost 3 hours.

Question:
When and how ECE removes a session from the ActiveSession table?
Was this specific session active for these 3 hours, although the reservation validity is set to 1 hour?
