Cisco and Huawei Switch are Going In Unreachable State While Trying To Push Commands (Doc ID 2758612.1)

Symptoms

Both our Cisco and Huawei switches are going into an unreachable state when an attempt is made to configure it.

Below are snips from AuditTrails for both devices when they went unreachable.
