How to Put Message in MQ from BRM Cloud Native (Doc ID 2758903.1)

Goal

When creating a product in Billing Revenue Management (BRM), its events are published in the aq_sync table. From there Application Integration Architecture (AIA) consumes the message. Now in the cloud native BRM system, while creating a product once cannot the product get published in aq_sync table.

Enabled publish to 1 in Connection Manager (CM) pin.conf.

What can be done for the product to publish in the aq_sync?
After it is published, is there any Application Programming Interface (API) for microservices/java to consume from this table, similar to how AIA consumes in normal BRM?
