When clicking a retry for activity "reconnect payment for service" a pop up window appear with error as attached in screenshot.

Service has countered a problem error

Outbound message returned fault: Unable to invoke URI "http://127.0.0.1:1001/MR_Server" successfully due to javax.xml.soap.SOAPException:Message send failed: Connection refused


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Click retry for activity "reconnect payment for service"
