Connector execution fails with error ORA-01403 in DIH 807 (Doc ID 2759456.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to execute connector with derived columns(expressions) and an empty data file which can load data to a partitioned table, the execution gets failed with below error

ODI-1298: Serial task "SERIAL-MAP_MAIN- (10)" failed because child task "SERIAL-EU-OFSADOM_UNIT (120)" is in error.
ODI-1298: Serial task "SERIAL-EU-OFSADOM_UNIT (120)" failed because child task "Insert new rows-IKM Oracle Insert Only- (220)" is in error.
ODI-1228: Task Insert new rows-IKM Oracle Insert Only- fails on the target connection OFSADOM.
Caused By: java.sql.SQLException: ORA-01403: no data found

Steps to reproduce
------------------------
try to run File to table load connector with empty .dat file(includes oonly header). Make sure target table is partitioned.

Business impact:
Unable to execute connecors.
