Symptoms

On : 2.9.0.0.0 version, ENV - Environment

Person Search Issue

The values displayed in the Person Identifier box in the search results window is incorrect. Example: PERSON ID: 2460096419, the search result window displays 0012110017407655 for the Regional MRN ID, but it should be 110017407655. For SSN, it displays 0009567441111 instead of 567441111. Basically, MRN has an extra 0012 in front, and SSN has an extra 0009.

Issue getting replicated in product environment and no reference in logs for "Additional appended string with Person Identifier"
