Goal

Duplicate records occurring in child tables such as payinfo_cc_t, etc. It currently has indexes but they are not unique.

Is it recommended by Oracle to make these indexes unique to prevent duplicate records?
Can unique indexes also be created for other similar tables?
Will there be an issue with unique indexes on child table (on the fields obj_id0 and rec_id)?
