OCCAS Does Not Pass PRACK To Application And Responds To PRACK With Error 500 (Doc ID 2763161.1)

Symptoms

Problem with PRACK messages: From network side OCCAS responds to PRACK with error 500. The PRACK message is not passed to application. From application, the application receives 500 error to INVITE with additional Reason header (Reason: X.int;reasoncode=0x00000811;add-info=01CA.FFFE.0000):
