Symptoms
On : 12.2.8 version, Patch Application Issues
When attempting to run copy plan during online patching,
the following error occurs.

APP-FND-01564: ORACLE error 911 in mrctbdt_copy_table_data
Cause: mrctbdt_copy_table_data failed due to ORA-00911: invalid character
ORA-06512: at "SYSTEM.AD_DDL", line 210
ORA-06512: at line 1
The SQL statement being executed at the time of the error was: declare l_retval Boolean ; l_applsys_schema Varchar2 ( 32 ) ; dummy1 V and was executed from the file .
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into ASCP Responsibility
2. Run the program - copy plan during online patching
3. Review the log file
