Goal

    To avoid the error "ORA-01031: insufficient privileges" when accessing the DISCREPANCIES_V view from custom program.

    The error was encountered by customer by executing the following steps:
     
       1. The customer has created a custom program that accessed the DISCREPANCIES_V view.
       2. The custom code included the "AUTHID CURRENT_USER" instruction:

       3.  The program was launched from LSH/DMW UI.
