OIG: Integration is Getting Triggered Twice

Symptoms
We have a integration with a scheduler configured as "0 0 20 * * *"
Which means that it should be triggered everyday at 8PM
But OIG is triggering the integration twice at 8PM
Steps to reproduce:
- create a integration
- configure the scheduler with "0 0 20 * * *"
- check the amount of exchanges created.
