Symptoms

An InForm data load job fails with the following error:

Error from OWB/CDR DB Server-PLSQL Operator:  statement:"begin CDR_WE19_1B5E41_1.PLSQL_UTIL_PROG_PKG.PROCESSPLSQLUTILJOB ; end;"  caught:java.sql.SQLException: ORA-20200: *** ERROR: InForm_Submit:InForm_Submit:InForm Trial has been stopped by Integration Manager: Data loading is not allowed. - User-Defined Exception
