Goal

Inconsistent issues with JMS Messages after upgrade from WLS 12.2.1.3 to 12.2.1.4

For example, the first attempt for few of the messages sent from Source to destination showed some error at Source (PO) resoucepoolexception.

OR

Some outbound messages from OUAF encountered an error when using a t3s on JNDI Server
Complete com.splwg.base.messaging.impl.jms.RealtimeJMSSenderHelper committing <OUTBOUND_MESSAGE_TYPE>
weblogic.jms.common.JMSException: weblogic.messaging.dispatcher.DispatcherException: weblogic.rjvm.PeerGoneException: ; nested exception is:
java.io.EOFException
