Unable to Import R3 XML File (Doc ID 2765302.1)

Symptoms

The system rejected the incoming R3 XML file with following error in ESM logs -

HL7 ICSR XSD Validation Error : The element 'investigationEvent' in namespace 'urn:hl7-org:v3' has invalid child element 'availabilityTime' in namespace 'urn:hl7-org:v3'. List of possible elements expected: 'reference, component, outboundRelationship, subjectOf1, subjectOf2' in namespace 'urn:hl7-org:v3'.
