Not able to open OFSAA URL after deploying pages in Tomcat (Doc ID 2765338.1)

Symptoms

 Observed the below error in Cataline.log

Mar 10, 2021 3:14:35 AM org.apache.tomcat.util.digester.Digester fatalError

SEVERE: Parse fatal error at line [189] column [2]

org.xml.sax.SAXParseException; systemId: file:/OFSAA/tomcat/apache-tomcat-9.0.43/conf/server.xml; lineNumber: 189; columnNumber: 2; The markup in the document following the root element must be well-formed.

at com.sun.org.apache.xerces.internal.util.ErrorHandlerWrapper.createSAXParseException(ErrorHandlerWrapper.java:204)
