Goal

Is the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Load Balancer compatible with OFSAA 8.1 for use as SSL in place of an HTTP server?

There are two configurations to consider:

User -ssl-> Load Balancer -ssl-> HTTPS -ssl-> WebLogic/OFSAA -> Oracle 19c DB

or

User -ssl-> Load Balancer -ssl-> WebLogic/OFSAA -> Oracle 19c DB

The expectation is that a HTTP server would not be required since the Load Balancer can be configured for SSL.
