The AUTH Parameter Is Not Returned For Failure Responses on PI SOAP Requests (Doc ID 2766831.1)

Symptoms

On all versions of Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (NCC) application, the AUTH TOKEN is not returned by the Provisioning Interface (PI) if the SOAP request has failed.
As a result, all the subsequent commands which needs the TOKEN will fail with "INVALID AUTHENTICATION TOKEN" error message.
