Switching to Cartridge with Boost and Bury editor throws "Error fetching resource: /configuration/tools/xmgr/services/endecaBrowserService.json" (Doc ID 2767270.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to add and remove the some cartridge immediately, the following error occurs on all the selected boosted and buried editors on the same rule with records missing.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
--------------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create a Rule with TwoColumnPage
2. Add the Main Content - Result List cartridge.
3. Add a Secondary Content - GuidedNavigation - Navigation Container
4. Add a RefinementMenu - Dimension Navigation
5  Click on the navigation and delete the RefinementMenu - Dimension Navigation This will delete Dimension Navigation. Do you want to proceed with the change? ok
6. Then Goto the Result List cartridge the error pops up "Error fetching resource: /configuration/tools/xmgr/services/productdataservice.json".
