Scheduled Task "Activity Summary Task" and "Activity Reminder Task” Not Running Per the Configured Interval (Doc ID 2768304.1)

Symptoms

Actual Behavior

"Activity Summary Task" and "Activity Reminder Task” are not running in the frequency as configured in the Task Interval
 

Expected Behavior

"Activity Summary Task" and "Activity Reminder Task” to run according to the configuration made in the Task Interval

Steps

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into Java Client as admin user
  2. Go to Admin tab > Server Settings > Task Configurations, and have below set for Activity Summary Task and Activity Reminder Task
    Task Interval: 2
    Task Lookback Window: 15
    Task Disabled: No
  3. Check Task Monitor, and see Activity Summary Task and Activity Reminder Task are not running in two minutes interval
