Assign button on Connectivity Design Page for adding segments does not always enable

1.) Create Connectivity -> Express Configuration (till VC12) -> Channels are created.

2.) Create service connectivity -> Connectivity Design -> Add segments manually and try assigning one VC12.

The Assign button sometimes does not get enabled and we have to search service connectivity again or change browser to get the assign button enabled.
